2) Increase calcium intake – products that are rich in calcium such as milk can maintain your body’s proper rhythm since your kidneys need to maintain your body’s calcium and sodium intake.
3) Change your lifestyle – Are the type of person who loves sugary and sweet foods? Do you frequently enjoy very salty foods? Well, it is now time to cut those back.
